No, she didn't (first time in years we didn't split a cake 60-40. 60 her share, she's greedy that way.) but we did go out late at night and shared a piece over coffee, so that's all right.
I was very very very afraid of Mashi and I still am. In her presence, I've always gulped down things I hate to eat. My mail to some of your ids speaks for itself. Phulididi, you can see for yourself what happens to all OUR scary aunts and uncles once they meet THE GRANDSON. He need not be afraid of any of his great-aunts or great-uncles as long as he is afraid of us, HIS aunts and uncles. The other day, Dada(Lattu) was lamenting that he was being deprived of special treatment by Pishidida, because he was just a grandson while his nephew was enjoying full privileges as the GREAT-grandson.
I am posting in fear of Kanchimashi :)
ReplyDeleteKanchididi is one of the least scary people around.

A micro-spoonful was eaten by the brat boy as well, for all those grand-parents who think he was deprived of chocolate cake.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, he threw away a delicious honey-oatmeal cookie he was offered along with the cake.
Feels good to see everybody is still afraid of me :)
ReplyDeleteChhotopishi -- Who's afraid of you? Certainly not your grandson.

ReplyDeleteBhaebla...... you dont need to be afraid of anybody.Understand? Certainly not your parents!!
Chhotopishidida -- I'm not scared of Baba at all. I'm not scared of Ma either, but sometimes it seems politic to pretend to be.
ReplyDeletePhulididi, I appreciate your effort of specially replying on Bhaebla's behalf as 'Sharabh' and not as Sue:)
